TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We use Royal Mail and courier to aim for delivery within 3-7 WORKING DAYS in the UK Monday - Friday, and no more than 28 working days to the rest of the world. Packing and postage for is free of charge. For Europe and the Rest of the World we reserve the right to charge at cost and will notify you for payment.
We aim to process your order as soon as possible. If we receive your order before 2pm Monday - Friday, whenever possible we will despatch on the same day. If goods are out of stock and are due in within 48 hours we will hold the order to despatch in one parcel.
Your full consumer protection rights apply and you have seven working days from date of delivery to cancel your order and return the goods (in an undamaged condition) for a full refund of the purchase price.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
If we send you the wrong item, we will cover the return postage and despatch the correct item. If your purchase is damaged in transit, please e-mail us and we will arrange return and a credit or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for a change of mind - we will exchange if the item is returned in 'as new' condition but the additional postage costs incurred must be at your expense.
Please note we must be notified no later than four weeks after you have placed your order. If you have not notified us within this time limit we may not be able to accept returns or re-send items lost in the post.
